MORE charges laid on Spruce Grove Teacher!!!

This was a person in a position of authority and trust; let's hope he gets a lot of time... >:( >:( >:(

By THE CANADIAN PRESS

SPRUCE GROVE, Alta. ? A teacher at an Edmonton-area junior high school who is accused of sexually exploiting a female student is facing more charges.

The 44-year-old man is already charged with two counts of sexual exploitation and two counts of sexual interference stemming from alleged offences this summer.

RCMP say they have now laid three more child pornography charges.

Police began their investigation in early September after someone alleged they saw a teacher perform an inappropriate act in a parking lot at St. Marguerite?s junior high school in Spruce Grove, west of Edmonton.

Police say the incident does not involve any current students of the school.

The teacher, who has been suspended from his job, will make his next court appearance on Jan. 21.

Where in the Bible does it say, that pedophillia is ok? To abuse a child, is terrifying, to the child, but still the peds, say it is ok. WHY??? ??? >:( >:(

By NADIA MOHARIB, SUN MEDIA

CALGARY -- He was a convicted pedophile wanted by Texas authorities after a sex attack on a young girl.

Yesterday, however, Calgary cops caught up with Steven Andrew Hayes - a man profiled on America's Most Wanted - and ended his three years on the run with his arrest at an inner-city construction site.

Police believe he has been living in Calgary since February under an alias, said Staff Sgt. Tony Manning.

"I don't think he expected this to happen at all," said Manning, with the Calgary police fugitive apprehension unit.

"He appeared to me to be very, very surprised."

Since 2005, Hayes has been wanted by police in Lewisville, Texas, after the aggravated sex assault of a 12-year-old girl who was allegedly given a powerful drug and attacked.

America's Most Wanted, a TV show aimed at garnering tips to catch fugitives, said the smooth-talking Hayes might have been posing as a preacher and working in construction.

Hayes had previously earned a five-year jail term after sodomizing an eight-year-old relative.

Manning said police here were contacted by U.S. marshals on Dec. 1, offering vague details but a belief the 49-year-old was hiding here.

"We had no solid information," Manning said.

"We knew what he did for a living, his favourite way of finding jobs and what he looks like."

They put together a strategy, however, and were happy to catch the suspect, Manning said.

"Whenever a criminal of this nature is in your jurisdiction, it is imperative to find him and lock him up," he said.

Crews at the construction site in the 400 block of 11 Ave. S.E. said they were surprised to learn a convicted pedophile and fugitive was working in their midst.

"Nobody knows who he was," Brian Jones said while working at the site.

"Everybody has to make a living - it's not my problem, I'm not bringing my kids to work."

America's Most Wanted described Hayes as a friendly, religious man, charming enough to disarm potential victims before betraying their trust.

They predicted Hayes, who claims God saved him from smokes and booze, might be working at a soup kitchen or even as a missionary.

"I honestly think this guy evaded police for three years because he kept such a low profile," Manning said.

While he was "a very diligent worker," finding temporary shelter at other people's homes, Manning said it didn't appear he had much of a social life in the city.

Canadian accused of pimping boys for sex arrested in London

December 15, 2008

A Canadian man accused of pimping out boys as young as six years to sex tourists in Thailand was arrested Monday at Heathrow Airport.

John Wrenshall, 62, who lives in Thailand, was arrested by London police on a warrant stemming from an indictment handed down last summer by a grand jury in New Jersey, the U.S. Justice Department said Monday in a statement.

Wrenshall is being held in the U.K. pending his extradition to the United States.

The indictment, handed down on Aug. 25, was unsealed following Wrenshall's arrest. He is charged with one count of conspiracy to engage in sex tourism, two counts of aiding and abetting sex tourism, one count of conspiracy to produce child pornography, seven counts of production of child pornography, and seven counts of distribution of child pornography.

The indictment and accompanying court documents allege that Wrenshall essentially acted as a pimp, arranging trips by U.S. sex tourists and others to his home in Thailand where they would pay to engage in sex with boys as young as six, sometimes for weeks at a time. It alleges that Wrenshall's customers were allowed to videotape and photograph their abuse.

U.S. officials allege that Wrenshall has been hosting sex tourists in this manner since at least May 2000.

If convicted, Wrenshall faces up to 15 years in prison for each count of sex tourism, a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 20 years in prison for each count of producing child pornography, and up to 15 years in prison for distributing child pornography. He also faces a fine of up to $250,000 per count.

In addition to the August indictment, Wrenshall was named in the case of Wayne Corliss, 59, who pleaded guilty Oct. 28 in New Jersey to sex tourism and to producing child pornography. Corliss said he travelled to Thailand every year from 2000 to 2002 for the purpose of having sex with young boys. He said he would stay at Wrenshall's home, where boys were made available to him for a price.

"This individual (Corliss) engaged in among the most depraved conduct imaginable with helpless children," said U.S. Attorney Christopher Christie following Corliss's guilty plea. "Others involved in illicit sex tourism should take notice that, just like Mr. Corliss, law enforcement around the globe has the ability to locate you, prosecute you and send you to federal prison for a very long time."

I wonder if there will be an update on this? The step father was in a position of trust. He had no business molesting his daughters. He is a sick puke, and I hope he dies in jail. Too many of these goofs around, way too many!

By THE CANADIAN PRESS

KITCHENER, Ont. -- A man who told his grown stepdaughter that he loved her "as a woman" more than 25 years after raping her as a child was found guilty yesterday of sexual abuse.

Now in his 60s, the man denied through an interpreter in court that he molested his two stepdaughters starting when they were each about nine years old.

He also vehemently denied having a drinking problem and physically abusing his wife, as other family members testified.

After a three-day trial, however, Justice Margaret Woolcott rejected his evidence and found that the two victims, now in their 30s, were reliable, credible witnesses.

She found the man guilty of sexual assault and having intercourse with a person under 14.

You know Adrian, I recently watched a documentary on pedophiles. The news crew did some of the interviews from prisons with these guys. One guy who is a perpetual sex offender said that he knew if he were to be released he would definitely re offend. He said that he wanted to be castrated and that he had asked the prism system for that and been refused on the grounds that it was against his human rights. Even the offenders themselves will say that it is a powerful drive that they cannot control and the system still refuses. What the hell is that?

All it does is eliminate the semen. The don't leave DNA so there is less chance of therm getting caught the next time. Sick!!!

Looking for pedophiles???

Look in the forums for people who say they see shadow people.

I will start another post to explain how they make their victims think they are seeing things to get away with thier crimes.

Peds do not belong on Planet Earth!!! These pigs should never be allowed in society again, ever, ever, ever! ??? >:( >:( :'(

I never heard of shadow people, in the context you mean.I know the pedophiles, have secret clues, and even jewellry, and also key words. It is probably the most powerful crime that has infested this world.Look at the Catholic Church, they ran the biggest ped ring for years, and years. Incredible! These F##ks, stole countless souls. They just moved the priests from one location to another. The law never acted on complaints, until it slapped them in the face.

Pedophiles, are dangerous, manipulating, cruel and narcisistic. They do not belong on planet earth, period!!!!

Death to the peds....they won't stop, it is a compulsion, and a power move, to make them get off. They are unable to achieve satisfaction, any other way, I think. Those in marriages, are manipulative, and hide behind a cloak of decency, and friendlyness. They should get life, as I feel there is NO cure. If there is NO cure, then keep them in jail. For offenders who kill? The death penalty would be nice., but since Canada does not have it, then life in jail.

I guess you can see I hate peds with a passion. >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

These freaks just don't stop, do they?

By TONY BLAIS, COURT BUREAU

An Edmonton man is facing multiple sex charges after allegedly luring a 12-year-old city girl on the Internet and then sexually assaulting her in his car.

Brian Allan Cockell, 25, made a brief appearance in provincial court yesterday and is slated to be back in court tomorrow morning.

The accused sex offender represented himself although he told the judge he had contacted a lawyer and had expected him to show up in court on his behalf.

Bail was not spoken to and Cockell was remanded in custody after reserving his election and plea.

Cockell is facing three separate charges of Internet luring, one count of sexual assault, one count of sexual interference with a person under 14, one count of overcoming resistance by administering a stupefying or overpowering drug and one count of abducting a child under 14.

The alleged stupefying drug was not identified.

The separate Internet luring charges relate to Cockell allegedly trying to get the victim to send him sexual pictures of herself, which would be classified as child pornography, trying to lure the girl so she could be sexually interfered with and luring her so she could be abducted.

According to court records, Cockell is listed as living at a residence in southeast Edmonton. The court records say the alleged luring offences occurred between Nov. 1 and Jan. 19 and the alleged abduction and sex attack happened on Jan. 1.

ARRESTED ON TUESDAY

Cockell was arrested by police on Tuesday night and put into custody at the Edmonton Remand Centre following a hearing with a justice of the peace.

Police are expected to issue a news release today and were not providing any details of the case yesterday.

There is a court-ordered ban on publication of the identity of the alleged victim.

Corey Martell, spokesman with Beyond Borders Edmonton, said there are things parents can do to protect their children from Internet predators and that starts with being comfortable using a computer.

"Parents should arm themselves with some information and not let their kids dictate computer use," she said.

In addition, parents should take advantage of programs that block sites that may not be suitable for children, and talk to their kids about staying safe on the Internet.

It's also a good idea to keep computers in a busy, common area of the home where parents can occasionally check to see what's on the screen. And if computers come equipped with webcams, parents should ensure they know when and what they are being used for.

'KEEP UP WITH THE TIMES'

"It's really important for parents to keep up with the times," Martell said.

"In other words, they should try and know what their kids know and what sites their kids use."

Parents can check the Canadian Centre for Child Protection's website at www.protectchildren.ca for more information on keeping their children safe.

So how long before this goof goes back to jail?

By SUN MEDIA

A high-risk sex offender from Fort McMurray is back behind bars.

Lee Todd Laviolette, 41, was arrested Monday for allegedly breaching the condition of not attending assessment or treatment as directed by the Fort McMurray probation office. Police had issued the warrant for his arrest earlier that day.

He appeared in court on Monday and had his bail hearing held over until Feb. 23 in Fort McMurray.

Laviolette, who has a history of sexually assaulting women in Alberta and the Northwest Territories, has been released and arrested several times since 2008 for breaching conditions of release.

Laviolette is on the province's high risk offenders list.
