Whatever Debbie decides then. I can move them one at a time, but I can't delete the thread in here. Also some of them are pedophiles and others choose older victims.

Clifford Berard
Police say notification of Berard's release is meant to give Edmontonians an opportunity to take "suitable precautionary measures." (Edmonton Police Service)

Police say a violent sexual offender will be living in the Edmonton area after he was released from the Edmonton Remand Centre this week.

Clifford Berard, 44, was released on Aug. 15. He has previous convictions for sexual and violent offences, and police say he has infectious diseases.

Berard is considered a violent sexual offender and police say he poses a risk to the community.

He has brown hair and eyes, and is six-foot-four and weighs 270 lbs.

Edmonton police said Berard will be monitored closely by the department's behavioural assessment unit.

The department said it issued the warning to allow community members to take precautionary measures, not to encourage vigilante action.

I really would turn a blind eye. Especially since we the public have NO protection. Who has the time to call police when being attacked?

Police said 31-year-old Leon Halkett has victimized random women in addition to women he has been in relationships with.

The Edmonton Police Service said it is seeking a recognizance order on Halkett and added he will be closely monitored by its Behavioral Assessment Unit.

I wonder what the staff numbers are in the Behavioural Assessment Unit?
These sicko's would require 24/7 monitoring, I would think.

Both these last two will be monitored by the BAU of CPS. I don't think it's any more than watching a monitor that beeps when they cut off their ankle bracelet. Do they have GPS now I wonder?

Perhaps someone can post El Creepo's picture.

And another violent offender released. He has curfews etc but I can not see this evil thing say "sure, I will be a nice guy"!!

http://globalnews.ca/news/3178232/convicted-violent-offender-released-set-to-live-in-edmonton-area/

Edmonton police issued a public warning Thursday about convicted violent offender Dean Goulet, 39, who was released and will be living in the area.

Police did not say what crime Goulet was serving time for in the release.

Goulet will be closely monitored by the Behavioural Assessment Unit, police said.

He has a number of court-ordered conditions, including:

A 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. daily curfew
Must abstain from possessing or consuming alcohol or drugs
Must not go to bars, nightclubs, casinos or anywhere the primary focus is the consumption or sale of alcohol
Must not associate with anyone with a criminal history
Anyone who witnesses Goulet breaching any of these conditions is asked to contact EPS at (780) 423-4567.

Lyle Larson post, #23 and Cyle Larsen, post #9 are twin brothers. Media must have mixed up the last name spelling, (Larson/Larsen however "Larsen" seems to be used most.
It's about time we get the real news on these. The police really give very little. It's awesome that Global was able to get this information for the public awareness.

http://globalnews.ca/news/3238523/twin-sex-offenders-released-in-edmonton-show-long-history-of-deviant-behaviour/?sf55406052=1

Two repeat sex offenders, twins Lyle and Cyle Larsen, are living in Edmonton, and officials warn they will likely victimize children again.

The documents also state Lyle exhibits high-risk behavior toward adults.

As a youth, he was convicted of sexual interference against a six-year-old, and he admitted to other sexual offences for which he had never been charged, parole documents say.

He served two years and nine months behind bars after he lured at 10-year-old girl to a basement and sexually assaulted her.

Cyle was released again in August 2013 but failed to meet with his psychiatrist despite reminders from his parole officer. He showed little insight into his actions.

The brothers cannot have contact with one another under their parole conditions.

Meldrum, whose organization is dedicated to the awareness, prevention and treatment of child sexual abuse, said the release of the two sex offenders is disturbing.

LG, I hadn't noticed before either that there were two brothers until Global had it on their site.

I did have to wonder about upbringing as well. They must have gone through hell in their formative years, imo, that they both  turn out so deviant and remorseless. In the article it states, I guess, in between incarcerations they lived with grandparents. So it seems both parents are absent?
Whatever happened to them, they need to realize that the general public (children and adults alike) are not to blame but that doesn't seem likely they will. Both hardcore with a hateful look of defiance on their faces. Eyes very cold. They can't stop offending and at least one began at age 10.

I have always felt that parents need to be held accountable when their children start committing crimes ... all too often there is correlation between their path of crime and how they were raised (abused).

Well it's not a wonder! I don't know how parole officials can early parole repeat offenders! Then you have a bleeding heart Judge like the following article!
I don't think we have seen the full lists of offenders because they can fight to not have their names published. In the article it was a sexual offender from another country who was able to do that. Oh no, we surely don't want to deprive him of his liberties for the rest of his life!! What about the victims who end up with PTSD and other mental health issues??!!
Our justice system is severely ill and dying!

This does not really fit in this thread - This is a violent offender.
Thanks to our courts - Look at the stupid decision behind this one!!

Violent offender failed to come back in time for curfew, EPS says

FIRST POSTED: SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2017 09:58 PM MST | UPDATED: SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2017 10:03 PM MST

Dean Goulet is a convicted violent offender and the Edmonton Police Service has reasonable grounds to believe he will commit another violent offence against someone while in the community.

A violent offender failed to show up to Alberta Hospital on Friday evening when he was supposed to and now the Edmonton Police Service is looking for help in finding him.

Under court-ordered conditions, 39-year-old Dean Goulet was supposed to return to the hospital by 10 p.m. for his curfew, but he did not show up.

Goulet has served time for violent crimes including robbery and firearm-related offences, police say.

Conditions placed on him by the court include a curfew from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., abstaining from possession or consumption of alcohol or drugs including marijuana, staying out of any premises where the primary focus is selling alcohol and not associating with anyone with a criminal history.

Goulet is described as six-feet tall, 178 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.

Police ask anyone with information on where Goulet may be to not approach him and to instead call EPS at 780-423-4567.

He'd be one heck of a huge man to reckon with and he's out thanks to lax laws. Do I think he will adhere to his conditions of passes? Absolutely not!
Does anyone care about the general public? I think we are all pawns in this life chess game.
