DOES THIS SENTENCE BRING JUSTICE?
« on: September 13, 2014, 01:06:20 PM »
I remember this murder quite well.  Sentencing has just been passed!  I think it is outrageous!!
With good behaviour, he could be paroled in 15 years.

EDMONTON - A man who killed his wife and put her body through a wood mulcher stood glowering in an Edmonton courtroom Friday as a judge sentenced him to life in prison with no chance of parole for 15 years.

had no previous convictions for violence.

But Crighton noted there was at least one documented incident of abuse against Bigelow, which was resolved in court with a peace bond.

Crighton said she accepted that Bobocel felt shame for his actions, but saw no sign he felt remorse.

Bobocel did not speak during the proceedings.

Jesse Edward Reynolds has been sentenced to five years in prison for killing Jessica Ann Miller in July.

The 20-year-old Hampton man pleaded guilty last month to manslaughter in the death of the 20-year-old Apohoqui woman.

Reynolds admitted to choking Miller to death in an argument as the two partied through a drug and alcohol-fuelled night.
