Thanks Jinx for sharing that.  Do you have any idea why they moved to Salmon arms they if they were both from there? I suppose it was for work I would guess. Sure hope they soon find something for the family and friends piece of minds.

Eyes, Salmon Arm and that general area in BC is quite a draw for Albertans who are fed up with our very harsh winters here in Alberta. Probably every other person you meet there is from Ab or other colder climates.

I can tell ya, this is really confusing to me - his dogs were found running around in his yard in Morinville.
Things were missing from his house in Morinville.    Yet Val was only here for a visit??

Why would he have a home in Morinville - live in Salmon Arm and only came here according to police  to visit relatives in Alberta?

No logic to that.   Either he had a home in Morinville, away from home (Salmon Arm) or he did not.

I think he worked out of two residences. Just my opinion.
And if that is the case, there is nothing wrong with that... many Albertans are doing the same.

His family needs some answers as to his disappearance.  If you know anything be it ever so small, please contact crime stoppers.

I got to thinking - when a loved one goes missing - it is not only an EMOTIONAL DISASTER - it is also a FINANCIAL DISASTER.

Searches cost money, meanwhile regular expenses keep coming in, which further adds to the strain.

I found a place where a person can donate to aid in the search - it can be found on his facebook.

(I do not know this family - I have never met them - but my thoughts are with them.)

SAP - re: heat sensors - they would pick up on decomp but here is a problem for you - I lived on a very large cattle ranch ( over 6000 head)on hwy 16 between Barrhead and Mayerthorpe - and all of the neighbors had large portions of land and a lot of cattle. We had a "graveyard" for cows that died - and with 6000 head sometimes we had as much as 5 bodies in varying stages of decomp in the graveyard - plus that attracts predators like coyotes and cougars.

Jinx any more word yet?  So have they taken over your place completely until they are done searching? Please keep us posted .  Have they said anything about finding him or his vehicle .  Sounds scarey.

checking in with the hopes there was a message from Jinx guess this is day two of the search so he likely has no computer access until he is back at his place I am figuring, search the news for any updates no luck so far , any one closer seen anything in the papers or news?
