Why are many people unwilling to provide tips to police that could solve a murder?

I hope and pray some person or persons will come forward with info on these UNsolved....and send in TIPS....and let these poor souls RIP by allowing them the Justice they and their families deserve.

Thank you Woodland and Jobo.  This video was made by a woman in Minnesota named Tricia Reis.  I have never met her in person.  Tricia knows the terrain, she's lost two family members and devotes all her spare time to the missing and unsolved.  I was thrilled when Tricia offered the gift of her talent for Canadian cases.
Tricia's definitely on my bucket list, I will meet her one day so I can properly thank her for all she's done.
