Somehow this young man's missing bothers me.  Here we have a good looking young man who has disappeared.
Only 24 years of age. As usual, little is said in print, and a few simple questions and answers would be helpful to anyone attempting to locate him.
Why was he in Winnipeg at that time. (I understand that he lived on a reserve), but at the time of his disappearance had he taken up residence in Winnipeg, or was he visiting relatives or friends in Winnipeg?
Did he have a car? Did he have a job, or was he looking for work? Has he disappeared before, only to turn up at a much later date? Or is his disappeance for this length of time unusual?  Where in Winnipeg on December 22nd was he last seen? Was he spotted as being alone, or with someone?

A body found over the weekend just north of Selkirk was that of a 25-year-old man from Hollow Water.

RCMP released a statement Wednesday saying an autopsy conducted in Winnipeg identified the body as 25-year-old Corey Donald Williams.

He had been reported missing to the Powerview RCMP detachment on Jan. 12, 2012.

The death is being treated as suspicious.

RCMP had no further information, other than to say the investigation is ongoing.
