This was an English version, reported in an English CTV,   Bones were found - after 3 years what does one expect?
Why the mystery?  i would be surprised if all of the bones were found, due to animals etc over 3 years.
Sheesh, i fail to see why the back and forth or  mystery on this.
Why keep questioning?  Accept it for what it is. 3 year old remains were found, and they were identified, and the remains will be returned to the family.
The big question here now is, how did she die, and a homicide would be doubtful to prove with bones after 3 years, and if is suspected "who did it"?  That to my mind is where energy should be spent, not arguing about bones.

Two weeks after the remains of Diane Gregoire were located police have arrested her husband in connection with her murder.

The Surete du Quebec will release more details this afternoon, but CTV News has learned Paul Laplante will be arraigned in a Valleyfield courtroom on Wednesday.

Gregoire was reported missing on Jan. 31, 2008, by her husband Paul Laplante.

He told police that he last saw Gregoire when he parked his van at Promenades Saint Bruno and went inside to eat breakfast.

When he finished, she was gone, and he assumed she had gone into the mall to shop.

Several searches were conducted to no avail, until earlier this year when police received a tip that Gregoire's remains might be on a pig farm in Saint-Valerien-de-Milton, north of Granby.

A meticulous search of the farm turned up nothing, but on Nov. 21, a hiker found in Coteau-du-Lac, nearly 75 km away from Gregoire's last known location, stumbled across her remains.

Soon after police confirmed that Gregoire's death was a homicide.

More to come.
