What will these three men be charged with? It is time these pushers are given more than a slap of the wrist.

Watch for the type of charges.

Not sure how that will work.

I wonder if ==

A mediocre lawyer could  get them off of serious charges.
I wonder if a witness is required in order  to tie them in with
 each drug sale to those who overdosed.

Even then, the dealers could claim that they did not know that fentanyl  was in it. Would it make a difference ? Then what??

It appears that efforts to save these people is a losing battle.

They have been warned. 

Is there not a substitute available?  We do not have enough resources to stop them from killing themselves.
Street pushers very often do not know how often it has been cut, if I am reading the article correctly.

There has to be a better solution.

People who are using are also well aware of the risks involved. Dealers would be out of business if there were no customers.
