Edgell, 30, disappeared from Cornwall on June 4, 2000. His maroon 1987 Lincoln was found burnt out the following day in Lanark Highlands, northwest of Perth. Police believe the case is now a homicide.

There is a $50,000 reward for information.

The Government of the Province of Ontario is offering a reward in the amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the disappearance of Troy Alfred EDGELL.

On June 4, 2000, Troy EDGELL, 30 years of age, was last seen in Cornwall, Ontario, driving a maroon, 1987 Lincoln. On June 5, 2000, the Lincoln was located burned out in the Lanark Highlands, northwest of PERTH, Ontario.

Any person having information regarding the person(s) responsible for the disappearance of Troy EDGELL should communicate immediately with the Director of the Criminal Investigation Branch, Ontario Provincial Police at 1-888-310-1122 or (705) 329-6111, their nearest police authority, or Crime Stoppers.

This reward will be apportioned as deemed just by the Minister of Community Safety and Correctional Services for the Province of Ontario and the Commissioner of the Ontario Provincial Police.
