I do value life, but I think that the wife 74 years of age, should have received less than 4 years. She lived a horrible life with that man, and yet she has to continue to pay. I would have her serve her sentence in her home.  How's that for being wishy washy on murder.  I think this is an exceptional case.

She sought help.  I'm not condoning the murder, however to be told someone from the hospital facility needed to interview the couple is a bit much.  It should have been understood by the facility, that to do so would create more abuse.

And she is being further abused. She should be allowed to serve her sentence at home.  After years of abuse, I doubt if this woman can think straight, and a jail would be no place for her. I believe that if you do the crime you should do the time.  She spent 15 years doing the time, before she did the crime.   She no doubt had a lousy lawyer.
