A young Richmond woman reported missing Saturday has been found dead.

Transit Police confirmed Sunday night that a body found on the SkyTrain tracks near Waterfront Station in Vancouver earlier in the day was the 20-year-old woman who went missing from her Terra Nova home.

Gabrielle Isserow left her family home on Cornwall Drive Saturday morning and hadn't been seen since. Her family issued a public plea to help find the young woman, saying she suffered from a medical condition and needed regular treatment.

They said the disappearance was not a common occurance.

According to Transit Police, a SkyTrain attendant noticed a body Sunday in a turn-around track area near Waterfront Station.

Foul play is not suspected in the death. Police are still investigating.
