Toronto police have made an arrest in the 42nd murder of 2010.

On Sunday, Aug. 29 that year, police responded to a suspicious incident at a home on Clendenan Ave., just north of Dundas St. W.

Leo Buswa, 42, of Toronto, was brutally attacked and taken to hospital with obvious signs of trauma. He died a month later in hospital.

Police put out a warrant at that time for Blake Paul, 27, of Moose Factory, Ont.

He was described as six feet, 240 pounds with short, black hair and brown eyes.

The arrest was made with the assistance of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Eskanosi detachment, and the Cape Breton Regional Police Service.

It could look suspicious.  The area she was in, was a meeting place to drink.  So - she may have been an accident victim, or pushed.
She had already testified -( so the death threats did not stop her).  She was treated so shabbily by the police.  Offering her a one nites stay at a hotel.  Goes to figure!!

Life was not fair to this woman. Do you think this will be further investigated?

I would hope so that it's further investigated, however there is nothing further on the Net ... unless I missed it. People just don't hang around so near trains. It does look suspicious.

eta: Take a look at the video. I can't believe anyone was drinking so close to the train track when there is cover nearby. She did have death threats for being a "rat". Unfortunately she will never realize her dreams/3 wishes.

Terra was not alone when she was hit by the train as there were a couple others with her. No one pulled her back. I really do believe she was pushed to her death ... the threats against her materialized.
