The apartment was called the Driftwood and it was on Fennel Ave. E. Between Upper Ottawa and Upper Kenilworth. I used to play with her and her older sister. Except she couldn't have been 4 in 1974. When we lived there in 1970 her mother had a lot of locks on the door as Cindy liked to escape.

hi there. I am trying to find out any family members of Cindy Williams. who was abducted and murdered in 1974. unsolved murder for many years. I am related to the Cherwaty side and would love to hear more about her family.

To clear up some inconsistencies, more than 1 family member has been posting on this thread.  I know this, because I am one of them.  Also, I believe Cindy was born on January 20, 1970 which would make her 4 years old when she went missing in 1974.

actually the apts were called the Wiltshire East and West.
