2 young girls abducted at Christmas

My 1st dearest wish for the year 2010 is that single mother's with young children take the time to check the sex register to see if the new boyfriend's name pops up.
My 2nd wish is that the Canadian Government would amend its law to automatic Death Penalty if found guilty for those who kill children under the age of 16.
My 3rd wish is for the Canadian Government to put away for life, meaning the last breath taken, for men/women who are found guilty of committing a sexual crime(s) against children under the age of 16.

Three is enough, for now, I don't want to seem to greedy in the wish department.

A few days before Christmas a lovely 11 year old girl by the name of Sarah Haley Foxwell was abducted from her bedroom during the night in Maryland. Sarah's 6 year old sister saw her leaving with Thomas J. Leggs Jr., 30, who used to date the Aunt, who is the legal guardian of the Foxwell children. On Christmas Eve thousands of searchers turned out and also on Christmas day, until on Christmas day Haley's body was found in the woods near the Delaware border.

On Christmas day, beautiful 5 year old Natalie Flores was stranger abducted when she was outside playing in front of their house with her two sister's in northern Phoenix, AZ. A man was taking pictures of them with a zoom lens. He then approached Natalie's 7 year old sister, grabbed her and took inappropriate pictures of her body. He then grabbed Natalie and shoved her into his vehicle and fled with her. An Amber Alert went into effect and they are still looking for her. I pray with all my heart that Natalie is found safe.

Thanks Chet! I have a big smile on my face and am doing the happy dance.  ;D ;D ;D
It is very unusual that a child lives after a stranger abduction, especially after a few hours of being taken, let alone the over seven hours in which little Natalie was gone. I had a thought at the time that the perp was taking her to make porn and sell it. But,to me, after reading the article you posted it comes across as an impulsive moment and he didn't know what to do with her when he had her. Thank God. The terror this little one when through for all those hours is unimaginable. Thank you officer Burns. A job well done!
