I have also entertained the thought that Hayleighs medical problems caused too many problems, too many concerns for this bunch. Cut into their fun party time.   I still believe Ronald is innocent, but the rest know what happened.  The truth will eventually come out.  One of them will crack.  They are young and stupid and not one of them deserve to raise children.  So many stories, so many versions, but one of them will try to make a deal, and talk the truth, which is pretty hard to determine at this point.

Wow, another new story out of ex-step-mom....Sheesh, it is so full of holes...

Last night NG, was the update of a court appearance.  Misty's lawyer is blabbering, not sure if it will help or impede Misty's case. I think he may be doing this to make a decoy of actual events.

We shall see!

Today Misty received 25 years on her drug charge. A spectator yelled out, "Can we ask where Hayleigh is?" And the Judge shook head no. Before sentencing Misty asked the Judge to be fair, because she was a user, not a drug dealer.

I am speaking only about the drug charges, here, but I think 25 years is an overkill sentence....and $2 million in fines. Wow.
I bet Michael Jackson's Dr. walks.....speaking of abusing perscription drugs.

I think the 25 years for drug charges is because the judge believes her guilty of murder, but feels that she will never face charges for that.  I would imagine that this sentence could likely be successfully appealed.

Whether Misty is guilty of murder, or an accessory....should have nothing to do with the drug charges..   I understand everyone thinks Misty definitely knows more than she is saying.....BUT...the charges were drug charges....and she is innocent of murder/accessory until proven guilty...and as far as I know she has not even been charged in Hayleigh's disappearance.

The judge has no right to punish her for unlaid charges....but I hear you, me...and I agree with your take...I just don't agree with this so called Judge.

This is great that Misty has received 25 years in prison for her drug offences. I feel there is nothing left for her to hide at this time, she may as well tell the truth about Hayleigh. Hayleigh is deserving of a decent burial, a place that she will be a peace. It is time or Misty to come clean and do something good before she dies in prison. I do hope she is not released early from prison. When they say 25 years, that may mean 12. I don't understand their system of sentencing. :( :( :( :( :(
