Wow... who is this "God -send" Ivan Zingeringer and how can we get him in NS?  Mathew was pepper sprayed until he became asphyxiated ....  This is what cops are capable of when they have somebody isolated ..... This is what cops are capable of because they can get away with it 99 per cent of the time imo !

News conference on Monday! Good luck lost, I sure hope this new development stirs up action.

HALIFAX - Lawyers for the family of a Nova Scotia teenager who died 27 years ago say there is a major development in the case.
Ray Wagner says his firm will announce the findings in the Clayton Miller case at a news conference on Monday in Halifax.
Two investigations -- conducted by Nova Scotia's chief medical examiner and the province's independent police watchdog -- concluded in 2015 that the 17-year-old was drunk when he fell into a stream in New Waterford while trying to run from police, who had raided a nearby bush party on May 4, 1990.

Doctors had come to differing conclusions about the cause of his death and a subsequent inquest and RCMP investigation both cleared the New Waterford police department of any wrongdoing.
But over the years, Miller's family has raised questions about the circumstances surrounding the teen's death, saying they believe key information was withheld from the public.
They have long called for the investigation to be reopened.

I didn't post anything about tomorrow because the last time I posted the same "expected" conference weeks ago, it didn't take place... guess I didn't want to jinx it.  I hope you all tune in for it.  It will be "live", but I don't have the link yet.  If I get the live link, I will post it here.  ... thanks have faith.

Lost, your family has endured so many disappointments (huge understatement) that I can understand why you said you were hesitant to announce the news conference. If it doesn't happen tomorrow--we will wait until the timing is right to hear it. All the best to your amazing family who are fighting for justice.

Faith;  ... if you tune into last Friday's (July 7th) newscast in Halifax - 9 AM Rick Howe spot, you will hear lawyer, Ray Wagner elaborate on Monday's conference. http://www.news957.com/audio/the-rick-howe-show/    adding:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               one big revelation at today's conference is the fact that Search and Rescue was called in to search for Clayton (apparently by Chief Doug Crowe) on the Saturday the boy was missing.  All these years, that organization assumed the Millers knew they had searched the area where Clayton disappeared.... an "arms length search" and Clayton was not there.  This very important fact was never revealed all these years.  I will post the link to the conference video when I get it.  ... should be going up this afternoon.  In the meantime, much of this is contained in tweets by two different reporters... Mary Ellen MacIntyre https://twitter.com/MEMacintyre and Tim Bousquet ... both with Halifax and NS media.     https://twitter.com/Tim_Bousquet?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor   ..... seems that this conference has
taken over twitter to some extent this morning.

So now that they have proof that Clayton was not in the river when searched yet placed there within a day later, are they going to open an investigation on why he was placed there (and who placed him there) with rigamortis that does not match that which would have been if he truly had died the way some falsely claim he has been found? Call into question why parts of his body parts are missing. Why corroboration on items that are not true. Bring in the kids that witnessed him in the other room of the jail being treated poorly the night of the incidence? Etc., etc., etc., ....

Is there hope that someday Clayton can rest easy and his family can have some peace. All they want is the truth about the very one they so naturally loved. Some respect. Answers.

C; there are many news articles... mostly the same... about yesterday's revelation. .... two more conferences/revelations to come.  Nonetheless;  the low life corrupt that covered this up for years have their power and support- mostly due to the facebook cape breton Rant Room.  .... full of organized, threatening examples of how they are able to weild power and support.  (will email you examples C.)  As soon as yesterday's conference ended, the cop supporters hit the rant room calling the witness (now ailing retired search and rescue person) a liar and/or confused.  There is another SAR person still alive who can back up the claim, but that person refuses to talk to the Miller's lawyer, Ray Wagner.  Fear is the biggest part of the 27 year cover up.... imo, police clout and favors are the rest of the reason. -

This man seems fully competent and confident to me.... contrary to the opinion of cop supporter/ cop ally, Neil Mac Donald in the Cape Breton Rant Room., read this tweet sent to me by an old friend and ally of Justice For Clayton... Reporter from yesterday's conference sure got a taste of the organized old boy cop supporters from the Rant Room.

Since the other surviving SAR member is refusing to talk to your family's lawyer, it indicates to me that the SAR witness is telling the truth, lost.  If that were not the case I believe he would simply disagree or say he has no recollection of the search in question taking place.

good point Ruby;  if the second SAR member will not discuss it, got to be a reason.... like fear or a gag order.  The search wasn't even documented by the team... or else the history of the search was taken out or omitted after the fact.

Tim Bousquet is sitting on the fence;  I suppose that is where he should be since he hasn't read the tons of information the authorities aren't disclosing, nor the tons of information that Clayton's parents have dug up the hard way over the years.  ... but he is still watching the case ... so, we'll see!

I'd be willing to give him a chance.  At least he's listening and he appears to be sincere.  I believe he has already formed a number of opinions and he knows that things just don't add up properly.  He just isn't sure how, at this point.  It's unfortunate that people still feel so scared and intimidated after all this time, particularly since some of the key players are no longer with us.  Still someone yet may open up to him and provide some piece of information that even they may feel is no longer important.  The family has fought so long and so hard that I firmly believe the truth will have to come out.

quite the "sum up" of this whole case - provided you listen closely and keep an open mind ....... if you know nothing else about this case, and watch this presentation, then read the thread from beginning, you will surely realize what we realize..... Murder and Cover-up !      Would be great is this presentation was the beginning comment of this thread.      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5wXv0AeF310&sns=fb

For those of you who have followed this case all these years:  please listen to the 12 noon interview Rick Howe had with Clayton's mother and the family lawyer Ray Wagner.  ........... and heads up Alberta and the Prairies:   - about Ron Mac Donald... HE IS HEADING FOR GREENER PASTURES - I suppose he impressed the right people in his performance in the on-going cover-up of Clayton's murder.  Now he is "in demand" on the West Coast;  there is apparently "big demand" for his kind of talent.  Shortly after dictating to the public, on behalf of Police,  Ron Mac Donald got a big offer from the west coast of this country.... one he could not turn down - Once again the Clayton Miller Case has helped another corrupt official up another ladder.

the latest today:  listen to it please.  http://www.news957.com/audio/the-rick-howe-show/

..and about his background in Nova Scotia .... I don't think he is fooling Steve Murphy.... or those of us who have spent years learning to "read behind the lines" and "see beyond the dictators"

and the latest to date:  https://www.change.org/p/family-of-clayton-miller-seek-a-meeting-with-n-s-justice-minister-mark-furey?utm_medium=email&utm_source=petition_update&utm_campaign=177856&sfmc_tk=r518XnmoO7q2fk0ZatOHNqDNev32iaZawJlFVzFbIEIDS6BKBqFhGTn6xHauK16Z&j=177856&sfmc_sub=569295430&l=32_HTML&u=33110883&mid=7259882&jb=1

After 27 years of evidence being kept from the Miller's and the complete and utter incompetence of the former New Waterford Police Department, the Miller's were never even informed that there was an official Search and Rescue done by the Cape Breton Ground Search Team on Saturday May 5, 1990.

Bryan McDonald of Victoria Mines was the Coordinator for that search by Cape Breton Ground Search and Rescue and was not aware that them being calling in by Chief Crowe was not in the official files as it should be. He thought from 1990 to 2017 that the Miller's were aware they had been called in and did a complete search of area where Clayton Miller had attended the outside party and the New Waterford Police raided on May 4th 1990. He came forth to the Miller's lawyer Spring 2017 and did a videotaped statement that was presented to the Media and public.

For Ron McDonald of SIRT NS to not even SPEAK to him after coming forth with this info and to do a thorough investigation of this new information is a travesty of justice and stinks worse than mackerel rotting on the shoreline. Bryan McDonald spent over 30 years with Cape Breton Ground Search in Leadership roles and positions and is 100% credible. Ron MacDonald of SIRT NS claims Bryan has confused this with another search done by a person of the same last name (although he neglects to tell what family last name) in 1990 for a 84 year old male. He also claims that Bryan McDonald is "elderly and ill" along with telling you he is confused. Bryan I believe is 68 years old - as clear as a bell and plans on being around for quite some time so I believe it's Ron MacDonald who is the confused one.

In order for any confusion some information would have to match

#1 last name of other search in May 1990 was for "Miller"

#2 search would have had to be in exact same area of the Nest and the brook as Bryan extensively showed on maps in videotaped interview

#3 Bryan McDonald would have had to actually been on that search also to be confused

Bryan has stated he was not on any other search called in by Chief Crowe in May 1990 for a 84 yr old mad named Miller lost in the Nest.

The Miller's have FOIPOP'd CB Search and Rescue - Nova Scotia Emergency Operations multiple times to be advised "No records that far back". Ron MacDonald SIRT NS claims he has seen the records and examined them from May 1990 and there is no search shown for Clayton Miller and there was another search (no location given) for a 84 yr old male last name Miller that month.

It is unusual that per following Federal and Provincial standards of Freedom of Information and filing the appropriate records long ago and given a denial any records existed, they have now magically appeared for Ron MacDonald and he has examined them. Now it's not just the smell of rotting mackerel and a whale is thrown in.

You say there was no official search by CB Ground Search and rescue and have evidence there was not, kindly produce it as it should have been produced to the Miller's when they lawfully took the right avenue to access it.

I believe Bryan McDonald 100% that what he says in video statement that he was called in and did do that Search as he extensively and astutely describes. He said there was no body of Clayton Miller laying in the brook with his bright red hoodie. Clayton was pronounced dead by autopsy roughly 16 to 17 hrs prior. CB Search and rescue did not find his body in that brook 16-17 hrs later, yet there he is the following day.

Watch Bryan McDonald's full video statement here.
