Ex-marine guilty in sex exploitation caseAccused met girl, 12, on Internet, took her to Paris

By AP

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- A Michigan man accused of using the Internet to meet, abduct and sexually assault a 12-year-old English girl has pleaded guilty to two federal charges in the case.

The U.S. Department of Justice said Toby Studabaker, a former U.S. Marine, entered his pleas on Nov. 20 in U.S. District Court. The charges are transporting a child across international borders for the purpose of sexual exploitation and possession of child pornography.

Authorities say they discovered numerous images of child pornography on Studabaker's personal computer.

According to his U.S. indictment, Studabaker flew to Manchester, England, in July 2003 to meet the girl, then took her to Paris, where he sexually assaulted her.

He was arrested in Frankfurt, Germany, on his way to surrender at the U.S. consulate, hours after the girl caught a flight to England from the German city of Stuttgart.

Studabaker was sentenced to four and a half years in prison in 2004 after pleading guilty in England to child abduction and inciting a child to commit gross indecency. He was released from prison last June after serving a little more than three years behind bars and deported to the U.S. to face the federal charges.

A sentencing hearing had not yet been scheduled, according to a written statement issued by the U.S. attorney's office.

Studabaker faces five to 40 years in prison, a possible lifetime of supervised release and fines totalling a maximum of $500,000.

The internet is full of these wankers. I am glad that police are catching up and sending these freaks to prison.

Wanker is the word perverted justice uses to describe people who go online looking for kids to lure.

Although I have not done it yet, I understand that if you make a myspcae account and pretend to be 13, it won't take long before these wankers start to show up.

I am so glad for groups like perverted justice. The find these creeps, solicit the contact info from the creep and then warn wives, employers and local police about the wanker (only after they have talked to the wanker on the phone).

The AMW freaks hate this group of caurse.

Yeah it probably would be. I am also pleased that websites such as myspace are now helping out by hiring there own people to fish them out. If you want a job busting wankers, keep an eye on the employment section of websties like those and see if anything is available. Men also use this sites to find sucker women and vice versa. Internet secuirity guards are a growth industry.
