I recently read both of Graysmith's books and although he makes a convincing case - he makes a convincing case against more than just one person.  Arthur Leigh Allen was "exonerated" (in a way) by DNA evidence, even though the guy was one major creep.
The Zodiac movie exposes the problem of DNA, fingerprint, or writing analysis exoneration when there's more than just one person involved.

Solved Cases / Hans Scholze "Coffin Guy" Found Alive
« on: January 23, 2009, 10:12:40 PM »
Hans Scholze, the Coffin Guy from Toronto who went missing in 2007, was actually found living in a house in Parkdale. I thought he was still missing and I was going to post his case as a missing person but found this Toronto Star report about how he was discovered following a profile of the case in the same paper led to witnesses coming forward saying they had seen him.

Art's great neice, Kristin Morin believes his church theory holds the key to the crime. You can read her comments on her facebook group. A friend and fellow church member at the time joined the group and is interested in the theory but doesn't think they would have acted without Art's consent.
So far, this site has the most up to date and comprehensive information on Nicole's disappearance but one has to keep trolling the other pages to find anything new. I hope my contribution helps keep this updated. The logo of Art's church should have more direct relevance than Guy Paul Morin. Unless you're talking about someone who knew Nicole Morin reading about Guy Paul Morin in the newspaper and getting ideas about getting in the news.

The Justice System / Re: TASER Testing:::by Cops...

Police in Toronto tazered a low functioning autistic person lying in bed asleep. I know the guy. From what I read about it, his mother was outside when they decided to bust in the house because his brother might have waved a sledgehammer at a neighbour and she told them the brother was around the corner and she probably told them only his autistic brother was inside but they went in and tazered him between 5 and 12 times.
George is one tough Rainman, eh?

The World Wide Church of God, which Art and I have in common, has a Vesica Pisces logo. It's a very Davinci Codish symbol which this case shares with the most famous abduction of the 20th Century--the Kidnapping of the Lindbergh baby in 1932. The ransom notes from that kidnapping was signed with a Vesica Pisces.

So, if we assume that the caller and the killer are on in the same, then he (assuming it is a he) somehow got her number AND knew where she lived.  I would presume that one way or another, the killer knew Erin one way or another.
Other than proximity, there doesn't seem to be any connecting factors with regard to the two women -
The phone number was unlisted, according to the Toronto Star visual archives online. How did he get the number?
Both women had recently moved into this area. Erin had moved in 2 months before from Orchard Park Blvd. Both had also just returned from a vacation.
I could find no information on Susan Tice when I searched her name in the archive.
