To: JustAGuy;    What a beautiful tribute to Clayton Miller & his family.
I was nearly in tears while reading your post.
This death/murder has had the same affect on me, since
I first read about it... It very seldom leaves my mind.
I pray that sometime very soon the Miller Family will have justice.

When I read the last posts for today about Sonya going home to brush up
on her French, I wondered if she was doing this alone or did she have
someone there to help her (maybe a tutor?)

Just wish they would hurry up and catch whoever did this horrible crim.

Condolences to Family, her Friends & all who knew her, she sounded like
a Wonderful Dgt./Sis. & Friend.

Thank you Angela for the Update on Kayla John & the Conviction of George Roswell Osmond 25 year sentence...that's good... But not enough in my eyes.

I had another thought, in his defense I read he thought he was in bed with
Kayla's Sister, well if I remember she was only one year older, wouldn't that
make her 14. Would this not still have been a charge to him as he was six years
older, even if he did not murder her?

There are conflicting ages I think for both girls, probably quoted from
different sources.

I may have some of the years mixed up for having sex with a teenager,
even if it's consensual, when there is a bigger difference in ages...
Or maybe it is only if they are 14 and under.

Otherwise he maybe could be charged with Statutory Rape had it been
Kayla's Sister.

They keep changing the Laws & it's hard to keep up to them all the time.

Solved Cases / Re: VPD issue warning about sex offender
« on: January 07, 2015, 11:59:28 PM »
This coward attacked a woman in a wheel chair, I believe in Vancouver, BC.

He was also missing while on parole for 7 or 9 months I believe while the
Canada-Wide warrant was in effect.

Where was he?

He could have traveled from one coast to the other in that amount of time..
I have also wondered where he was & what other damage he has done....
He seems to pick on late middle aged to older women.

I will have to locate my sources to confirm all of the above.
Most of it is from memory right now.
But the murder was close to my area, so I have read it several times.

I am now trying to find when his Trial was or is it still coming up.
I think it is this Month Jan/15 or Last Month Dec/14.

I want to know what his sentence is... How long are they going to
keep him in this time..... Maybe give him a "Dangerous Offender" Title,
that would be just awesome

After joining & reading this forum for one year, I am still trying to catch up
on all the posts on here..... I was trying to find Info. on a News Clipping from
Vanc. Island I have saved since 2008 and came across Kayla Nichole John's
site.
Now I am wondering (the same as my 2008) article....
What have been the updates/convictions???? since then.

Hi Eyes;   I didn't even notice the car being considered old... That's what comes of
it when I normally drive cars 15 - 20 years old.

On another note, closer to the topic.... Yesterday I went into the Members Lounge, it's
the first time I knew how to get there (after 1-year of reading this Forum) and I just
got there because (I think it was Sap) had a Msg./thread that I clicked on.

But while I was there (I think it was maybe on Pg. # 1, I was reading about the Travel
Lodge Death & the name of the victim was Alex Fraser. Probably a lot of Fraser's in
Canada, but how many have the same first name as this thread is about (IE: Alexander
Fraser)  Does any one else think this is strange or a coincidence?
I'm not sure what to make of it.

Eyes:  Thank you for the Links, I was wondering earlier, if it was two males missing
in the same vicinity or just one.  Their ages are so close. Alexander is (49)
and Vlado is (50) Quite a coincidence, age wise, proximity of location, time of
disappearance..... I also wonder if there is any connection to the two?

Thanks Eyes for your post.
I just checked the Fort Erie Times News  Jan 1/15.

It states they are not releasing the identity until "Next of Kin"
have been notified. So I presume they know who the person is.

We'll have to wait & see.... I will check back again, but may not
be able to do that till late afternoon tomorrow.

  R.I.P  whoever you are.
