Why are many people unwilling to provide tips to police that could solve a murder?

RCMP confirmed Lori Senger was seen picking up prescription last night (August 19, 2010). Relief for some family & friends but she still hasn't made it home yet.

Here is the latest Missing Person poster for Lori Senger. We've taken out the information about the car as the car was found and has been returned to the registered owner.

Does anyone know if this horrible murder was ever solved? The last time I talked to her we had a conversation trying to ger her to return home and off the streets.  I went to school with Kim and still think about her to this day.
