He also went missing and was found at age 13. If this is not a person with special needs, then I suggest maybe police might want to find out why he leaves home. Sounds like a cry for help.

The Saskatoon Police Service is requesting public assistance in locating a missing 15 year old boy.

Noel Ahpay was last seen leaving his residence in the 90 block of Byers Crescent at approximately 8:30 a.m., May 19th, 2011.

He is described as 5'10" in height, 150 lbs, with a slim build, short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black ball cap.

Anyone with information on Noel Ahpay's whereabouts is asked to contact the Saskatoon Police Service at 975-8300.
