Title: An Evil Law
Post by: D1 on January 06, 2010, 11:09:06 AM
Copied from General topic;

Only recently has this law been exposed. It provides law enforcement with the means to coverup missing person and unsolved murder cases. The ugly truth is that many of the cases we are pursung here on unsolved, may be included in this category without anyone being allowed to know!

Several brave politicians have already voiced their opposition and disgust, lets make 2010 the year this law gets overhauled. It's time Canada became Canada again!!

It's my opinion that a lot of cases on this board are dead in the water until this law is revamped!!

Maybe the RCMP have reasons to be doing what they are doing. There are so many botched cases, so many victims and so many offenders reoffending and waltzing through our justice system that its hard to comprehend. Meanwhile we the taxpayers are paying for it all. Just follow the money trail, crime pays for some and therein could be the root of the problem.

The last time I was at talks in Vancouver they showed us a scale and if we sign that contract in 2012 the way it is now our entire budgets in six or seven years will go strictly to the RCMP. We won't be able to do anything else."
