Cops have laid a murder charge over a 2007 homicide.
Forty-five-year-old Judy Lynn Jones was found dead Sept. 12 inside her home near 104 Street and 19 Avenue.
Police today said they've charged the victim?s common-law spouse, 40-year-old Jeffrey Glenn Kellar, with second degree murder. He was arrested April 17 without incident.
The cause of Jones' death was blunt force trauma. It was Edmonton?s 24th homicide of 2007.
