Just tossing this in, I think this might be him but it would make him 23 years of age.

HELLO
I CHECKED THAT SITE, THERE IS NO DATE OF DEATH. THERE IS A LIST OF CASUALTIES AND HIS NAME IS NOT THERE.

I AM NOT SURE HOW TO FIND INFORMATION ON HIM. THE NEWSPAPER SAID HE HAD A WIFE AND 2 SMALL CHILDREN. IT HAD HIS AGE AS 22. DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER SITES I COULD CHECK. HE WAS IN THE NAVY.

Hello I wish I have send them a note and they have not got back to me as of yet. Maybe if you send them a quick note and told them why you would like to know more about him they may respond.

Iwish, we have another thread made on Brian Clark with a little more information on it. You can find it on:

http://www.unsolvedcanada.ca/index.php/topic,3917.msg47520.html#msg47520

Maybe these two threads can be combined.

1962 to 2011.  That is a very long time.  Is it possible that he went AWOL and deserted his family?
I wonder why he would go by Brian Clark and Byron Clarke.  They are two completely different names. hmm. ???
Did the navy go to his home looking for him?  Was there a search for him?  As time went on, did his wife ever mention anything to her children about him?  Are you his wife, or his child? I see that you have posted on a few sites asking anyone with information about his missing, and so that is why I am asking the above question. Regardless, it is sad that  you are left wondering where he may be.  If you are related to him, Navy records may be able to help you. Perhaps others on this sight may have more ideas for you.
Peace
JB

I agree with jellybean.  Although facebook, navy records (friends in navy? co-workers)  could also be of some assistance.

IWISH;

Perhaps you should try an Access to Information Request with Library and Archives of Canada for his Military file.  Perhaps you may get some information this way.

I was just looking up the car that Brian Clark was missing with on his disappearance due to the fact that my Aunt Noreen Greenley went missing on Sept 14, 1963 and people had described a car that she was possible picked up in  so i wanted to see if it was similar to the 1955 Morris Oxford Sedan that Brian had. She is also on this site but anyways when i googled the name of the car there is a post on there that names Brian and the car and leads you right to this site so that works great for getting attention to this site and Brians case. I am wondering if you had checked out all the posts on google about the car but i assume you probably have because there was a guy on there who even had a video of his grey Morris Oxford Sedan showing him still driving it and there were ads in the papers of people selling the Morris Oxford Sedans over the years. Anyways best of luck in finding some answers!
