kj, in case you missed this, here you go (will help you refresh your memory):
Regina Leader Post, March 5, 2008, "Personation Suspect Sought by Court"
A Regina Provincial Court judge issued a bench warrant on Tuesday for a man
who is accused of pretending to be an RCMP officer and falsely telling a
woman her daughter was dead.
On Tuesday morning, lawyer Brad Tilling -- who had been representing
66-year-old James Earl Forster -- asked for and was granted leave to
withdraw from the case when Forster failed to show up in court.
When asked, Tilling told Judge Murray Hinds that Forster was aware of the
court date and Hinds then ordered the bench warrant.
Forster is facing a charge of falsely representing himself as an RCMP
officer on Nov. 18. He is also charged with conveying false messages for
allegedly telling a woman that her daughter was dead. The second alleged
offence is dated between March 5 and Sept. 10, 2007.
Forster was released from custody on a number of conditions in late
November. Those conditions included that Forster was to report weekly to
police, not use computers or the Internet, and have no contact with two
women, including the woman named in the false message allegation.

kj, the conditions that were applied in the order are based on the fact that Forster was indeed using computers to access information.
kj, we also have reason to believe that he followed the Walk4Justice group to Ottawa, for the express purpose to continue terrorizing the families of missing/murder loved ones. How many other persons did he terrorize between Sept - to now and from Regina - Ottawa - Salmon Arm, BC - Regina?
Who will have the last laugh here? That's a scary dude, but he may just cross someone one day and it may be the wrong person. So, kj, you are wise to ensure that your father is faithfully taking his medication, attending to his doctor appointments and reporting to the police as per the orders. Then, he won't be receiving those, "messages from God" with which he terrorises the families who are in pain with the loss of the loved ones. We trust that you will do the right thing to help us all!
